We loved lobby, it was lovely. Pool bar was great. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a posh shopping center.

Perfect location, probably the best, accommodating staff and luxurious rooms. Great beds, a safe, central heating and a work desk were a nice touch. There was an OUTDOOR restaurant, the shops and great stores next door. Also, I explored a public library, set within walking distance of the place. Early check-in, late check-out.

The staff were fantastically friendly, the location was unbeatable! The rooms were airy and had all necessary facilities. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. True 5-star experience, extraordinary service. The restaurant was exceptional, I ordered wonderful dishes.

The room was fab, the staff was charming. Reasonably good breakfast, top notch service. Within a walking distance of the beautiful beach. Btw, went to city centre, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The staff was excellent and the location was great. It was just next door santa monica state beach. Breakfast was good and frequently replenished.
The street, it was noisy.

Bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating. A suitable place for wedding in Santa Monica. The room faced the ocean❤

We where able to visit santa monica pier that was in front of the hotel. The rooftop bar was available on the premises. Really perfect location. We would definitely visit it again.
